Rather than a trade show, we're having a Guitar show, featuring Vintage, New and Used Guitars, amps, Basses, Keyboards etc. If you would like to partake in this event read the details below and contact Richard through the 'contact page' here in the website.

TRESLE HIRE
Instead of charging per booth, we're doing a TRESTLE TABLE charge which is for the 1 day show.
Prices as Below:
1 x trestle $95
2 x trestle $175
3 x trestle $265
4 x trestle $350
5 x trestle $430
Booth sizes are all 11' x 11' and you can fit a maximum of 3 trestles per booth.
Electrical power will be available for every booth. Should you require a 'cloth' to cover your trestle you should organise this yourself.
Conditions of Hire for Perth Guitar Show 2021 as follows:
Exhibitor / Vendor (E/V) Contract Agreement
Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to terms of contract agreement to participate, exhibit, or conduct business at the Perth Guitar Show.
Show Date to be confirmed
Smoking : is a Non Smoking Venue. Smoking in prohibited anywhere in the Arena and anywhere within the Printscape grounds.
Liability: Exhibitor/Vendor must provide a public liability currency certificate 30 days prior to the event and the E/V agrees to be responsible for their employees, helpers, equipment and displays. E/V agrees not to hold the Perth Guitar Show, Show Promoter, or (The Venue) liable for any harm, loss and/or damage that may occur to employees, helpers, equipment and/or displays.
Test Drives : E/V agrees to limit testing of equipment with amplifiers to a 5 minute maximum. Please be conscientious of volume levels as other vendors will be offering acoustic instruments.
Load In and Set Up: Exact details to be verified.
Load in and set up will start at 8:30 AM. Doors will be open to the public at 11:00 AM. Please remember to remove vehicles away from loading doc ASAP. Vehicles left unattended will be towed at owner’s expense.
Buying and Selling: E/V agrees to Buy and Sell at their designated table space. Please do not snipe people entering the show with instruments to sell or trade. Buying or Selling in the parking area, hallways or entrance ways of the venue is prohibited.
Bootleg or Fake Guitars : Chinese branded Gibson/Fender copies are prohibited. Vendors found selling fakes will be terminated from the show without refund (Strictly Enforced)
Taxes and Fees : Each Exhibitor/Vendor is responsible for collecting any taxes or fees that may be required.
